Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Animal Care Supplies, returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided that goods are:

Unused, undamaged & able to be resold, in their original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging.
Received at our office within 5 working days of invoice date.

TRANSPORT COSTS REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER & ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF FAULTY GOODS OR INCORRECT DESPATCH.

Backorders & Dispatch Delays

If we can not supply your order within a reasonable time then you will have the option of cancelling your order or alternatively Animal Care Supplies will cover the delivery charge.
